BM Leather is a company specialized in the production of leather accessories such as zip pulls, buckles, buttons, belts, laces, borders, wrapping of accessories, etc. The sectors of application are clothing, leather goods, footwear, eyewear, jewelery and furniture. Over the years it has developed a leather wrapping technique of accessories with and without stitching that has allowed collaboration with important brands such as Dior, Ysl, Gucci, Luxottica etc.
At the request of the customer, prototypes are made manually and with rapid prototyping systems in a short time.
Internally we study and create the new collections and the related equipment necessary for the subsequent series production. Refresher courses are constantly held on the use of new technologies and for the training of new workers in order to apply our know-how to the most varied sectors. The leather is cut with the aid of technologically advanced equipment in order to obtain a high quality level and a considerable production capacity that allows for fast deliveries. Within the Empoli unit there are all the processing, cutting, deburring, gluing, sewing, edge dyeing, finishing and packaging phases. As far as large production volumes are concerned, an important foreign production unit is available
